摘要
微波加热是在二十世纪六七十年代开始发展起来的一项新技术。微波加热通过增加材料分子运动的动能来使被加热物体升温,属体积加热,具有深度加热、热惯性小、控制容易的优点,目前已在家庭、工农业、橡胶、木材、医疗以及化学、新材料、微电子和公路等领域得到广泛应用,并拓展成为一门学科。
Started from the characteristics of microwave,equipments that can produce microwave and usage of microwave are expounded,and principle for microwave heating is described in detail.The characteristics and superiority of microwave heating are summarized. Further analysis on advantage and performance of microwave heating is done by taking asphalt mixture heating as an example.
