摘要
为满足和落实新一代信息技术产业对高素质人才的需求与职业教育“五育并举”的改革要求,以山西林业职业技术学院大数据技术专业为对象,依托中德先进职业教育合作项目(Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education,以下简称SGAVE项目),结合我国职业教育发展实际,构建“五育并举”的高素质技术技能人才培养体系。通过系统阐述该培养体系的理论基础、构建路径、实施机制与评价体系,创新性地将思想政治教育、专业能力培养、身心素质提升、审美素养培育与劳动实践教育有机整合,形成具有国际化视野与本土化特色的职业教育新模式。实证研究表明,该体系有效提升了学生综合素养与学校专业办学水平,为高职院校大数据技术专业的人才培养提供了新的实践范式。
In response to the demand for high-quality talents in the new generation information technology industry and the reform requirements of"Five-Education Integration"in vocational education,this study takes the Big Data Technology major of Shanxi Forestry Vocational Technical College as the object,relies on the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project(SGAVE),and combines the actual development of vocational education in China to construct a high-quality technical and skilled talent training system integrating"Moral,Intellectual,Physical,Aesthetic and Labor Education".By systematically expounding the theoretical basis,construction path,implementation mechanism and evaluation system of the training system,it innovatively integrates ideological and political education,professional ability training,physical and mental quality improvement,aesthetic literacy cultivation and labor practice education,forming a new vocational education model with international vision and local characteristics.Empirical research shows that the system effectively improves students′comprehensive literacy and the school′s educational quality,and provides a new practical paradigm for the talent training of Big Data Technology major in higher vocational colleges.
