摘要
坚持党的文化领导权作为习近平文化思想的标识性概念,既是对新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的深刻总结,也是对以人民为中心推动文化建设价值导向的生动映照,由此彰显出鲜明且强烈的人民性意蕴。从价值向度看,坚持党的文化领导权确证实现“人的自由而全面发展”的目标旨趣;从主体向度看,坚持党的文化领导权蕴含文化实践是“‘群众’的活动”的本质规定;从现实向度看,坚持党的文化领导权践行文化创作应是“对现实关系的真实描写”的实践要求;从效能向度看,坚持党的文化领导权彰显文化成效要符合“人民自身的生活经验”的结果评价。因此,坚持党的文化领导权所内含的人民性意蕴,科学回答了党领导文化建设“为了谁”“依靠谁”“造福谁”“由谁评判”等根本性问题。
Adhering to the CPC’s cultural leadership as a symbolic concept of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is not only a profound synthesis of the practical experience of the CPC’s leadership in cultural construction in the New Era,but also a vivid reflection of the value orientation of promoting people-centered cultural construction,thus demonstrating a distinct and strong people-oriented axiological significance.From a value perspective,upholding the CPC’s cultural leadership confirms the goal of achieving the comprehensive and free development of human beings;From the perspective of subjectivity,upholding the CPC’s cultural leadership implies the essential nature of cultural practice as an activity of the“common people”;From a realistic perspective,adhering to the CPC’s cultural leadership and practicing cultural creation should be a practical requirement of the“realistic description of real relationships”;From the perspective of efficiency,adhering to the CPC’s cultural leadership demonstrates that cultural achievements should be evaluated in accordance with the“people’s own life experience”.It can be said that adhering to the people-oriented connotation inherent in the CPC’s cultural leadership has scientifically answered fundamental questions such as“for whom”,“by whom”,“benefiting whom”,and“judging by whom”in the CPC’s leadership of cultural construction.
