化纤生产数据安全的RFID标签选型与数据加密方法

Methods for RFID tag selection and data encryption in chemical fiber production data security

摘要 为了解决化纤生产过程中数据采集易受干扰、传输存在泄露风险、存储安全保障不足等问题,提出融合RFID标签选型与数据加密技术的解决方案。以某大型化纤企业涤纶纺丝生产线为对象,搭建了集成选型优化标签与AES-256加密算法的试验平台。测试结果表明,该方案能将数据传输错误率降低至0.27%,有效杜绝数据泄露,显著提升化纤生产数据的安全性与管理效率。研究可为化纤产业智能化转型过程中的数据安全保障提供技术参考。 To address the issues of vulnerability to interference in data acquisition,risk of leakage during transmission,and insufficient security in storage within chemical fiber production processes,a solution integrating RFiD tag selection and data encryption technologies was proposed.Taking a polyester spinning production line of a large chemical fiber enterprise as the case,an experimental platform incorporating optimized tag selection and the AES-256 encryption algorithm was constructed.The test results indicated that this approach could reduce the data transmission error rate to 0.27%,effectively eliminate data leakage,and significantly enhance both the security of chemical fiber production data and management efficiency.This provides a technical reference for ensuring data security during the intelligent transformation of the chemical fiber industry.
