摘要
基于专业互融、学科交叉的教学改革理念,使用物联网行业的主流技术,设计实现服装智慧仓储综合实训系统。通过对无线射频识别(RFID)、ModBus通信协议、数据透传等技术的研究,实现服装RFID标签数据的读取、传输、存储、现场人机交互、远程控制等功能。结果表明,该实训系统既能满足物联网应用技术专业学生课程实训的需要,又能服务于服装设计与工艺专业智能化仓储物流相关知识教学,性能可靠,实用性强,可助力服装产业数字化,并围绕新质生产力,凝练课程思政元素。
A comprehensive intelligent apparel warehousing training system was developed by integrating mainstream Internet of Things(loT)technologies,guided by pedagogical reform principles emphasizing disciplinary convergence.Through systematic inves-tigation of radio frequency identification(RFID),ModBus communication protocols,and transparent data transmission technologies,real-time acquisition,wireless transfer,and centralized storage of garment RFID tag data were achieved.The system incorporated hu-man-machine interaction interfaces and remote monitoring capabilities.Experimental verification demonstrated reliable performance and high practicality of the system,with fulfilling dual educational objectives,providing loT application technology for students with hands-on training while supporting intelligent warehousing and logistics instruction in apparel design technology programs.Further-more,the system s architecture contributed to apparel industry digitization,with course ideological-political elements strategically in-corporated through new quality productivity paradigms.
