裂缝性地层复合型高承压堵漏剂性能评价及现场应用

摘要 承压封堵技术是裂缝性地层恶性漏失处理的重要手段,然而因堵漏浆配方复杂、材料耐温性差、粒度级配与裂缝宽度难以精准匹配等问题,承压封堵技术需要进一步研究。本文研制了复合型高承压堵漏剂并评价了其性能和开展了现场应用。评价结果表明:复合型高承压堵漏剂平均滤失时间为42.3 s,酸溶率高达82.09%,抗压强度达到12 MPa,在钻井液中悬浮稳定性好。复合型高承压堵漏剂对钻井液性能具有增粘提切效果,在进行堵漏施工后需要及时调整钻井液性能。复合型高承压堵漏剂可与核桃壳混用提高封堵能力和范围,其单独使用仅能封堵1~3 mm裂缝,承压能力为4~5 MPa,混用后能对1~5 mm裂缝实现封堵,承压能力达到6 MPa。针对裂缝性地层的承压能力差的问题,苏75-69-19X井采用复合型高承压堵漏配方(清水42 m^(3)+25%复合型高承压堵漏剂+5%1~3 mm核桃壳+3%3~5 mm核桃壳+重晶石(加重至1.23 g/cm^(3)))实现了一次成功承压堵漏。本文研究结果对治理井漏,提高地层承压能力具有参考意义。 Pressure-bearing plugging technology is a critical measure for addressing severe losses in fractured formations.However,due to complexities in the formulation of lost circulation materials,poor temperature resistance,and challenges in precisely matching particle size distribution with fracture widths,further research is needed to advance this technology.A composite high-pressure-bearing lost circulation material was developed,and its performance were evaluated,followed by field applications.The evaluation results indicate that the composite high-pressure-bearing lost circulation material exhibited an average filtration time of 42.3 s,an acid solubility rate of up to 82.09%,a compressive strength of 12 MPa,and excellent suspension stability in drilling fluids.The material also demonstrated viscosityenhancing and gel-strengthening effects on drilling fluid properties,necessitating timely adjustments to the drilling fluid after plugging operations.When used in combination with walnut shells,the composite high-pressure-bearing lost circulation material significantly improved plugging capability and range.While it can only seal fractures of 1 to 3 mm when used alone,with a pressure-bearing capacity of 4 to 5 MPa,its combination with walnut shells enabled the sealing of 1 to 5 mm fractures,increasing the pressure-bearing capacity to 6 MPa.To address the issue of poor pressure-bearing capacity in fractured formations,the Su 75-69-19X well successfully achieved one-time pressure-bearing plugging using a composite high-pressure-bearing lost circulation formula[42 m^(3)of water+25%composite high-pressure-bearing lost circulation material+5%1 to 3 mm walnut shells+3%3 to 5 mm walnut shells+barite(weighted to 1.23 g/cm^(3))].The findings of this study provided valuable insights for managing lost circulation and enhancing formation pressure-bearing capacity.
