光谱修正-光吸收比差法测定水中的痕量Cu(Ⅱ)

Determination of Trace Cu(Ⅱ)in Water by Spectral Correction-optical Absorption Ratio Difference Method

摘要 以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)为显色剂,利用光谱修正技术表征分析Cu(Ⅱ)与PAN形成配合物的分子结构,并基于光吸收比差法构建了一种天然水体中痕量铜离子的检测新方法。结果表明:Cu(Ⅱ)与PAN配合物的组成为1:1,其分子结构为[Cu(PAN)(H_(2)O)]^(+)。选择配合物波峰550 nm和波谷468 nm为工作波长,测定显色溶液和空白溶液的吸光度值A_(550 nm),A_(468 nm)和A_(550 nm)^(0),A_(468 nm)^(0),计算光吸收比差值(ΔAr)。当c_(Cu(Ⅱ))为0.04~0.140 mg/L时,c_(Cu(Ⅱ))与ΔA_(r)值呈良好线性关系(R^(2)=0.9930),方法检出限为2.971μg·L^(-1)。在pH 5.40的乙酸缓冲溶液和氟化钠溶液(掩蔽剂)的存在下,利用该实验方法对天马河水和广东第二师范学院花都校区自来水中Cu(Ⅱ)含量进行测定,其结果与原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定结果基本吻合,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)在0.85%~2.90%之间。 The molecular structure of the complex formed between Cu(Ⅱ)and PAN was characterized and analyzed through spectral correction technology using 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol(PAN)as a chromogenic agent.Based on the optical absorption ratio difference method,a novel method for detecting trace copper ions in natural water bodies was developed.The results indicated that the composition of the Cu(Ⅱ)-PAN complex was 1:1.Its molecular structure was[Cu(PAN)(H_(2)O)]^(+).The working wavelengths were selected at the peak(550 nm)and trough(468 nm)of the complex.The absorbance values of the colored solution and the blank solution at 550 nm(A_(550 nm))and 468 nm(A_(468 nm)),as well as the corresponding blank values(A_(550 nm)^(0) and A_(468 nm)^(0)),were measured to calculate the optical absorption ratio difference(ΔA_(r)).When the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)[c_(Cu(Ⅱ))]was 0.04 to 0.140 mg/L,a good linear relationship was observed between c_(Cu(Ⅱ))and ΔAr(R2=0.9930).The LOD of the method is 2.971μg·L^(-1).Under the conditions of an acetic acid buffer solution at pH 5.40 and NaF as a masking agent,this experimental method was applied to determine the Cu(Ⅱ)content in Tianma River water and tap water from the Huadu Campus of Guangdong University of Education.The results were consistent with those obtained by atomic absorption spectroscopy,with a relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)ranging from 0.85% to 2.90%.
