摘要
目的:观察健脾化湿方联合耳穴压豆对单纯性肥胖袖状胃切除术(LSG)后患者体重及代谢的影响。方法:选符合纳入标准的64例袖状胃切除术后患者,随机分为两组各32例。对照组予生活方式干预的方法,治疗组在对照组基础上予健脾化湿方联合耳穴压豆治疗,疗程均为12周。比较两组患者治疗前后体重及相关代谢指标。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的78.13%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组体重指标均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组患者代谢指标较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组各指标水平较对照组改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:健脾化湿方联合耳穴压豆可明显改善单纯性肥胖患者体重指数和代谢指标水平,疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Huashi formula and auricular acupressure with seeds on body-weight and metabolic level of patients undergone laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)for simple obesity.Methods:64 cases of eligible patients undergone LSG were selected and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated by lifestyle intervention,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jianpi Huashi formula and auricular acupressure with seeds on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups.Body-weight and related metabolic indexes of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%after treatment,which was significantly higher than 78.13%of control group(P﹤0.05).The indexes of body-weight were decreased in both groups after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),and the indexes of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Metabolic indexes of patients were decreased in both groups after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),and the level of each index of treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huashi formula and auricular acupressure with seeds can obviously improve the indexes of body-weight and level of metabolic indexes of patients with simple obesity,which has better clinical efficacy.
