摘要
茯苓环酮双烯三萜酸（３－ｏｘｏ－６，１６α－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙｌａｎｏｓｔａ－７，９，２６－ｔｒｉｅｎ－２３－ｏｉｃａｃｉｄ）是一种新分离得到的茯苓单一化学成分，它具有抗肿瘤活性和免疫调节作用．本文对该新茯苓成分进行了光谱检测和Ｘ－衍射晶体结构与分子结构研究。
A new fuling cyclohexanondientriterpenic acid.named 3-oxo-6,16α-dihydroxylanosta-7.9,26-trien-23-oic acid was isolated from dry unclear fungus of Poria Cocos.Its crystal structure was elucidated on X-ray analysis.It possessed a medium degree of antitumor activity and immunological regulation.
