情感驱动下的社交媒体信息加速扩散研究综述

摘要 在社交媒体高度互动与去中心化传播结构背景下,情感因素已成为推动信息快速扩散的重要动力。既有研究多聚焦传播规模与速度等结果性指标,忽视传播过程中的加速度变化及其动态机制,也较少系统整合原始内容情感与评论情感氛围的交互作用。本文在创新扩散理论、情感传染理论与社交媒体参与理论框架下,系统梳理情感驱动信息加速扩散的相关研究进展。首先回顾传播速度与加速度的概念演进及测度方法,强调加速度在捕捉传播动能跃迁中的核心价值。之后,综述情感极性、唤醒度与离散情绪类型对扩散节奏的影响机制,区分原始情感与评论情感的双重结构。同时,梳理用户参与行为的层级划分及其在传播过程中的动态演化逻辑。最后总结现有研究在动态刻画、情感交互与方法设计方面的不足,并提出未来基于高频面板数据与时间序列因果推断的研究方向。 Against the backdrop of highly interactive and decentralized diffusion structures on social media,emotional factors have become a key driver of rapid information spread.Existing studies largely focus on outcome-oriented indicators such as diffusion scale and speed,while overlooking changes in diffusion acceleration and its dynamic mechanisms;they also rarely integrate,in a systematic way,the interaction between the emotions embedded in original content and the affective climate formed in comment threads.Drawing on diffusion of innovations theory,emotional contagion theory,and social media engagement theory,this review synthesized research progress on emotion-driven accelerated information diffusion.It first revisited the conceptual evolution and measurement approaches of diffusion speed and acceleration,highlighting acceleration as a core tool for capturing shifts in diffusion momentum.It then surveyed mechanisms through which sentiment polarity,arousal,and discreted emotion types shape diffusion tempo,distinguishing the dual structure of original-content emotion and comment-section emotional atmosphere.In parallel,it summarized hierarchical typologies of user engagement and the dynamics of their evolution during diffusion processes.Finally,it identified gaps in dynamic characterization,affective interaction modeling,and methodological design,and outlines future directions leveraging high-frequency panel data and time-series causal inference.
