摘要
文章针对化工行业安全生产的重大需求,设计了基于虚拟仿真技术的操作人员初期应急处置能力培训系统,并开展了实践应用研究。系统通过高精度工艺流程模拟、多类型事故场景重构、动态参数调整和实时操作评分等核心功能,实现了对化工操作人员安全技能的科学训练与考核。实践表明,该仿真系统能够显著提升操作人员在事故初期的快速反应、准确判断和科学处置能力,有效降低化工生产安全事故的发生率和危害程度。
To address critical safety needs in the chemical industry,this study developed a virtual simulation-based training system for operators'initial emergency response capabilities,with practical application research conducted.The system achieves scientific training and assessment of chemical operators'safety skills through core functions including high-precision process flow simulation,reconstruction of multi-type accident scenarios,dynamic parameter adjustments,and real-time operational scoring.Practical results demonstrate that this simulation system significantly enhances operators'rapid response,accurate judgment,and scientific handling capabilities during initial accident phases,effectively reducing both the occurrence rate and severity of chemical production accidents.
