摘要
文章分析了医院人才梯队建设中运用PDCA循环法的重要性,并分别从计划阶段、执行阶段、检查阶段以及处理阶段针对医院人才梯队建设中PDCA循环法的运用策略展开深入探讨,其中计划阶段应明确人才梯队建设目标、分析人才现状与需求以及编制人才梯队建设计划,执行阶段应分层递进实施人才引进计划、打造分层分类培养体系、完善人才激励机制,检查阶段应打造分层量化评估指标体系、定期动态检查、开展问题溯源与归因工作,处理阶段应做好经验标准化与推广、问题分级整改以及衔接新循环与持续优化,以此助推医院人才梯队建设工作不断向好发展。
The article analyzes the significance of applying the PDCA cycle method in the construction of the hospital talent pipeline,and conducts in-depth discussions on the application strategies of the PDCA cycle method in the hospital talent pipeline construction from the planning stage,execution stage,inspection stage,and handling stage.In the planning stage,the goal of talent pipeline construction should be clearly defined,the current status and demands of talents should be analyzed,and the talent pipeline construction plan should be compiled.In the execution stage,the talent introduction plan should be implemented layer by layer,a hierarchical and classified training system should be established,and the talent incentive mechanism should be improved.In the inspection stage,a hierarchical and quantified evaluation index system should be created,regular dynamic inspections should be conducted,and the root causes of problems should be traced and attributed.In the handling stage,experience standardization and promotion should be done well,problem classification rectification should be carried out,and the connection with the new cycle and continuous optimization should be achieved.Through these measures,the hospital talent pipeline construction work can be continuously improved and developed.
