摘要
目的探讨120 kVp管电压下,高浓度对比剂-盐水混合低剂量低流速注射方案在全主动脉CT血管造影(CTA)中的应用。方法回顾性分析2021年4月-2023年7月中国香港大学深圳医院同期应用碘美普尔37例(观察组)和碘克沙醇22例(对照组)行全主动脉CTA成像患者临床资料,比较两组患者VR及MIP图像的主观评分、CT值、血管腔的SD值、信号噪声比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)和辐射剂量。结果两组主动脉显影图像主观评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在肾动脉分叉水平,两组图像的SNR和CNR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组图像各节段的CT平均值均大于251.74,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组图像各节段的血管腔SD值和接受的辐射剂量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高浓度对比剂-盐水混合低剂量低流速注射方案在全主动脉CTA检查中可以满足诊断需求。
Objective To explore the application of high-concentration contrast agent-normal saline mixed with low-dose and low-flow injection scheme in total aortic CTA under 120 kVp tube voltage.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 37 patients(observation group)who underwent iodine map protocol for total aortic CTA imaging.Additionally,22 patients(control group)who underwent iodixanol protocol for total aortic CTA imaging during the same period were selected.The subjective scores of VR and MIP,CT values,SD of the vessel lumen,signal to noise ratio(SNR),comparison noise ratio(CNR),and radiation dose were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in subjective scores of aortic angiographic images between the two groups(P>0.05).At the level of renal artery bifurcation,there were no statistically significant differences in SNR and CNR between the two groups(P>0.05).The average CT value of each segment in the two groups was greater than 251.74,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SD value of vascular lumen and radiation dose between the two groups.Conclusions The combination of high concentration contrast agent and saline injection with low dose and low flow rate can meet the diagnostic needs in the examination of total aortic CTA.
