非均质油藏解堵增注用新型黏弹性表面活性剂性能评价

Performance evaluation of new viscoelastic surfactants for plugging removal and injection enhancement in heterogeneous reservoirs

摘要 针对非均质油藏注入压力高、吸水剖面失衡及渗流通道堵塞等问题,开展了新型黏弹性表面活性剂的性能评价与现场应用研究。通过黏弹模量测试,明确该黏弹性表面活性剂在60℃下具备显著的频率依赖性与弹性主导行为,储能模量随频率升高由12.6Pa上升至102.7Pa,损耗因子tanδ由1.45下降至0.62,展现出良好的黏弹耦合特性。界面行为测试结果表明,在表面活性剂质量浓度为0.3wt%时界面张力降至5.1mN·m^(-1),接触角由113.5°降低至61.4°,具备显著的界面调控能力。岩芯驱替实验表明,低、中、高渗岩芯的渗透率恢复率分别为84.0%、87.0%和87.6%。微观可视化驱替结果显示,该黏弹性表面活性剂体系可显著扩展波及体积,使油采出率在2.0h内提升至68.7%,较水驱提高25.7%。现场实验结果显示,目标井注入压力下降19.5%,吸水剖面偏差系数下降43.4%,日产油量提高89.7%。 In order to solve the problems of high injection pressure,imbalance of water absorption profile and blockage of seepage channels in heterogeneous reservoirs,the performance evaluation and field application research of a new type of viscoelastic surfactant were carried out.Through the viscoelastic modulus test,it was confirmed that the viscoelastic surfactant had significant frequency dependence and elastic-dominated behavior at 60℃,the storage modulus increased from 12.6Pa to 102.7Pa with increasing frequency,and the loss factor tanδdecreased from 1.45 to 0.62,showing good viscoelastic coupling characteristics.The results of interfacial behavior tests show that when the surfactant concentration is 0.3 wt%,the interfacial tension drops to 5.1mN·m^(-1),and the contact angle decreases from 113.5°to 61.4°,which shows significant interfacial regulation capabilities.The core displacement experiment showed that the permeability recovery rates of low-,medium-and high-permeability cores were 84.0%,87.0%and 87.6%,respectively.The microscopic visualization displacement results showed that the viscoelastic surfactant system could significantly expand the swept volume,so that the oil recovery rate increased to 68.7%within 2.0h,which was 25.7%higher than that of water flooding.Field test results showed that the injection pressure of the target well decreased by 19.5%,the water absorption profile deviation coefficient decreased by 43.4%,and the daily oil production increased by 89.7%.
