摘要
研究了以大庆石蜡基原油的馏份油为原料合成烷基芳基石油磺酸盐的方法,考察了石油磺酸盐的合成原料、精制方法及反应条件。磺化深度由特殊的磺化反应和反应条件控制,用美国材料试验学会的标准分析方法、两相滴定法及高压液相色谱法对磺化产物组成进行了分析,并用色谱-质谱法鉴定了烷基芳基磺酸盐的烷基碳链长度。
In this paper the synthesis and purification of petroleum sulfonates from some fractions of Daqing (paraffinic) crude oil are studied.The influence of the selection of starting pet- roleum fractions,the variables of sulfonatioa reaction,and the ways of separation on the composition and structure of the end product is investigated.In particular,the composition of sulfonation products is determined by use of ASTM standard procedure,two-phase tit- ration,and high pressure liquid chromatography,and the carbon chain lenghth of alkyl groups in the prepared petroleum sulfonates—by combined chromatography-mass-spectrometry.
