摘要
针对现有季铵盐防膨剂在向远端油藏输送过程中易被近端粘土吸附、难以实现深层有效防膨的问题,基于远端油藏温度较高的特点,以二乙烯三胺、苯甲酸和碳酸二甲酯为原料,设计合成了一种温度响应型季铵盐防膨剂(TRQAS),通过红外光谱表征确认了其分子结构,通过静态防膨率、耐水洗性能、耐盐性能、耐酸碱性能和润湿性能测试综合评价了其应用性能,并探究了其温度响应行为与防膨作用机理。结果表明,在模拟油藏温度下,当TRQAS用量为2.0%时,防膨率达到92%;经3次水洗后,耐水洗率高于90%;在100000 mg·L^(-1)矿化度下,防膨率仍高于80%;在pH值为2~12范围内,防膨率在80%~93%之间;TRQAS对钠膨润土润湿性影响极小,不会引起地层从亲水性向亲油性转变;当温度低于60℃时,TRQAS的防膨率低于30%,而当温度升至90℃时,防膨率迅速升至92%,表现出显著的温敏响应特性;Zeta电位和XRD测试证实TRQAS通过电荷中和机制有效压缩钠膨润土层间距,发挥防膨作用。
Aiming at the problem that the existing quaternary ammonium salt anti-swelling agents are easily adsorbed by the clay in the near-wellbore area during transportation to the distal reservoirs and thus fail to achieve effective anti-swelling in the deep layers,we designed and synthesized a temperature-responsive quaternary ammonium salt(TRQAS)anti-swelling agent by using diethylenetriamine,benzoic acid,and dimethyl carbonate as raw materials based on the characteristic of high temperature in the distal reservoirs.Moreover,we confirmed the molecular structure of TRQAS by infrared spectroscopy,and comprehensively evaluated the application performance of TRQAS through static anti-swelling rate,water-washing resistance,salt resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and wettability tests.Furthermore,we studied the temperature response behavior and anti-swelling mechanism.The results show that,when TRQAS dosage is 2.0%,the anti-swelling rate reaches 92%at the simulated reservoir temperature;the water-washing resistance rate is higher than 90%after water washing for 3 times;the anti-swelling rate is still higher than 80%at a salinity of 100000 mg·L^(-1);within the pH value range of 2 to 12,the anti-swelling rate is between 80%and 93%;TRQAS has a negligible effect on the wettability of sodium bentonite and does not cause the formation to change from hydrophilic to hydrophobic;when the temperature is below 60℃,the anti-swelling rate of TRQAS is less than 30%,but when the temperature rises to 90℃,the anti-swelling rate rapidly increases to 92%,showing significant temperature-sensitive response characteristics;Zeta potential and XRD tests confirm that TRQAS effectively compresses the interlayer spacing of sodium bentonite through the charge neutralization mechanism,thereby exerting the anti-swelling effect.
