摘要
作为一种轻质高强度的材料,铝合金在航空航天、汽车制造等领域的应用日益广泛。本文详细分析冷金属过渡(CMT)焊接技术的特点,并进一步阐述冷金属过渡(CMT)焊接技术在铝合金机器人焊接中的实施过程。同时,本文还关注焊接质量的监控,并探讨冷金属过渡(CMT)焊接技术与激光焊接和视觉识别技术的结合应用,展示了其广阔的应用前景,为铝合金机器人的焊接提供有益的参考。
As a lightweight,high-strength material,aluminum alloys are increasingly used in aerospace,automotive manufacturing,and other fields.This paper thoroughly analyzes the characteristics of Cold Metal Transfer(CMT)welding technology and further elaborates on its implementation process in robotic welding of aluminum alloys.Additionally,it addresses welding quality monitoring and explores the combined application of CMT welding with laser welding and visual recognition technology,demonstrating its broad application prospects and providing valuable reference for robotic welding of aluminum alloys.
