基于828D系统的生产线加工程序自动化选择实现

摘要 随着机床装备行业对自动加工要求的日益提高,设备制造企业持续改进控制方式以提升加工效率。为满足机床设备在连线自动化生产中随机、自动选择加工程序的需求,提升设备自主加工能力,本文基于西门子828D数控系统,以S7-1500 PLC作为客户端,采用OPC UA通讯方式,实现了机床加工程序的自动选择。基于此方法,设备可根据需要自动调用任意程序,减少了人工干预,有效提高了设备加工效率与自动化水平。 With the increasing demand for automated machining in the machine tool industry,equipment manufacturers continuously improve control methods to enhance processing efficiency.To meet the requirement for random and automatic selection of machining programs in automated production lines and to enhance equipment's autonomous machining capabilities,this paper achieves automatic selection of machine tool machining programs based on the Siemens 828D CNC system.Using the S7-1500 PLC as the client and employing OPC UA communication,the system enables equipment to automatically call any required program as needed,reducing manual intervention and effectively improving equipment processing efficiency and automation levels.This approach enables equipment to automatically invoke any required program,reducing manual intervention and effectively improving machining efficiency and automation levels.
