一种战时修理机构人员部署体系优化模型

摘要 为合理配置战时修理机构的维修保障力量,有效遂行战时维修保障任务,实现体系保障效益最大化,基于部队级和基地级两级多层维修保障作业体系,对修理机构人员部署优化问题展开研究。分析了战时修理机构的人员构成与部署要求,选取整装期望抢修时间和部件期望修复时间分别作为部队级和基地级维修保障效能的评价指标,并给出相应计算方法。在此基础上,构建了人员部署优化模型,通过算例分析验证了模型的可行性与实用性。该模型可为战时维修保障力量优化运用提供理论与方法支撑。 In order to rationally allocate the maintenance support forces of the wartime repair institutions,effectively carry out the wartime maintenance support tasks,and maximize the system support benefits,the problem of optimizing the personnel deployment of the repair institutions is studied.based on the two-level and multi-level maintenance support operation system at the military level and the base level.The personnel composition and deployment requirements of the wartime repair institutions were analyzed.The expected emergency repair time of the assembly and the expected repair time of components were selected as the evaluation indicators of the maintenance support effectiveness at the military level and the base level respectively,and the corresponding calculation methods were given.On this basis,a personnel deployment optimization model was constructed,and the feasibility and practicability of the model were verified through case analysis.This model can provide theoretical and methodological support for the optimal application of maintenance and support forces during wartime.
