摘要
在“双碳”战略背景下,数据中心、通信机楼作为数字经济核心基础设施,其能耗管控面临巨大挑战。本文以某运营商能耗平台为依托,针对通信行业数千机楼的节能作业管理需求,提出一种融合动态稽核机制与AI诊断的节能作业部署体系。本文通过解构能耗构成,建立33项标准化节能作业项目,构建“数据采集、智能分析、闭环优化”的全流程管理体系,重点突破PUE因子异常诊断、设备参数动态调优等关键技术,为大型能源平台提供可复用的节能管理范式。
Under the"Dual Carbon"strategic framework,data centers and telecommunication equipment buildingsas core infrastructure of the digital economy-face significant challenges in energy consumption control.Leveraging a telecommunications operator's energy consumption platform,this study addresses energysaving task management needs across thousands of telecommunication equipment buildings.We propose an energy-saving task deployment system integrating dynamic auditing mechanisms and AI diagnostics.By deconstructing energy consumption structures,we establish 33 standardized energy-saving task categories and construct an end-to-end management framework encompassing"data collection、intelligent analysis、closedloop optimization".Key breakthroughs include PUE anomaly diagnostics and dynamic parameter tuning for critical equipment,delivering a replicable energy management paradigm for large-scale energy platforms.
