摘要
目的:本研究对壮瑶药洛神花油中亲水性强、脂溶性差且稳定性较差的花色苷进行改性,提高其稳定性和油溶性,并应用在口红中。方法:采用油浸泡法制作洛神花油,测定其黄酮含量;通过月桂酸作为酰基供体对洛神花油的花色苷进行改性实验;将改性前后的洛神花油用古法口脂法制成口红;考察洛神花油改性前后的抗氧化活性;通过采用不同的细菌对洛神花油改性制作的口红前后进行抑菌实验来评价其抑菌效果。结果:洛神花油的黄酮含量平均值为0.0613 mg/mL,黄酮平均得率为61%;口红最佳原料比:玫瑰花,紫草,洛神花均为0.9 g,蜂蜡为2.4 g,洛神花油为7.2 g,乙醇为6.95 g;比较改性前后口红清除DPPH自由基值,发现去除率从76.34%增加到76.80%;改性后的口红对大肠杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径有变化,其中在苏云金芽孢杆菌上体现得最为明显。结论:本研究初步表明改性后其上色情况更佳,且色彩持久鲜亮有光泽,此外改性后其抗氧化能力、抑菌效果显著增强,这显示了其在口红中的潜在应用价值,对洛神花油改性在口红中的发展意义重大。
Objective:In this Study,the anthocyanin in Roselle oil of Zhuang and Yao ethnic medicine,which is highly hydrophilic,poorly lipid-soluble,and unstable,are modified to improve their stability and oil solubility and are applied in lipstick.Method:By the oil immersion method,Roselle oil was produced,in which the content of flavone was determined.As the acyl donor,lauric acid was used to modify the anthocyanin in Roselle oil.The Roselle oil before and after the modification was respectively made into lipstick by the ancient method of lip balm.Then the antioxidant activity of Roselle oil before and after modification was investigated.The antibacterial effect of the lipstick made from Roselle oil before and after modification was evaluated by conducting antibacterial experiments with different bacteria.Results:The average flavonoid content of Roselle oil was 0.0613 mg/mL,and the average flavonoid yield was 61%.The optimal ratio of raw materials for lipstick:roses,gromwell,and Roselle are 0.9 g respectively,beeswax is 2.4 g,Roselle oil is 7.2 g,and ethanol is 6.95 g.By comparing the values of scavenging DPPH free radicals in lipstick before and after modification,it was found that the removal rate increased from 76.34%to 76.80%.The diameters of the antibacterial circles of the modified lipstick on Escherichia coli,Bacillus thuringiensis,Bacillus subtilis,and Staphylococcus aureus changed,among which the most obvious change was reflected on Bacillus thuringiensis.Conclusion:This study initially shows that its coloring effect is better after modification,and the color endures for an extended period,more vivid and more lustrous.In addition,its antioxidant ability and antibacterial effect are significantly enhanced after modification.It shows its potential application in lipstick,and is significant for the development of lipstick owing to modification of Roselle oil.
