摘要
目的:分析原发性高血压患者治疗中联合应用氨氯地平、替米沙坦的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2025年1月上海市虹口区凉城新村街道社区卫生服务中心收治的108例原发性高血压患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(54例,采用替米沙坦治疗)和观察组(54例,在对照组基础上予以氨氯地平片治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、血压水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P=0.004);治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平较对照组更低(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:给予原发性高血压患者联合应用氨氯地平、替米沙坦治疗的效果显著,可有效改善患者血压水平,且未增加不良反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect of amlodipine and telmisartan in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 108 patients with essential hypertension who were treated at the Liangcheng New Village Subdistrict Community Health Service Center in Hongkou District of Shanghai from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(54 cases,received treatment with telmisartan)and the observation group(54 cases,receiving treatment with amlodipine based on the control group).The therapeutic effects,blood pressure levels and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.004).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001)There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with telmisartan achieves significant effective in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension,and can effectively improve the blood pressure levels of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
