摘要
本研究旨在对分离获得的地衣芽孢杆菌JH41C的抑菌特性及全基因组进行系统分析。体外抑菌试验结果表明,JH41C菌株对产气荚膜梭菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显的抑制作用,高效液相色谱试验结果证实,JH41C菌株能合成杆菌肽。产酶性能分析结果显示,JH41C菌株具有产生淀粉酶、纤维素酶的能力。全基因组测序结果显示,JH41C基因组大小为4450351 bp,G+C含量为45.94%,预测到4387个编码基因。分析结果表明,JH41C菌株含有丰富的代谢相关基因及多种抗生素(如青霉素、头孢菌素等)合成相关基因。预测到12个次级代谢产物合成相关基因簇,其中包含4个非核糖体途径合成的基因簇。由研究结果可以看出,JH41C在抑制病原菌、提高饲料利用率及替代抗生素的应用方面具有较大潜力,可为开发新型微生态制剂提供理论支持。
This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the antimicrobial characteristics and whole genome of Bacillus licheniformis strain JH41C.The results of in vitro antimicrobial tests demonstrated that JH41C strain exhibited significant inhibitory effects against Clostridium perfringens and Staphylococcus aureus.High-performance liquid chromatography analysis confirmed that the JH41C strain produced bacitracin.The strain also secreted amylase and cellulase.The 4450351 bp genome(G+C content 45.94%)contained 4387 predicted protein-coding genes,including numerous metabolic genes and biosynthetic gene clusters for antibiotics such as penicillins and cephalosporins.Twelve secondary-metabolite clusters were identified,four of which correspond to non-ribosomal peptide synthetase pathways.These findings highlight the potential of JH41C for pathogen control,enhanced feed utilization,and antibiotic substitution,offering a theoretical basis for next-generation microecological agents.
