摘要
目的:分析头孢菌素类临床药学服务对临床合理用药的影响。方法:选取徐州仁慈医院2023年1—12月实施常规用药服务期间收治的接受头孢菌素类药物治疗的患者54例纳入对照组,另选该院2024年1—12月实施临床药学服务期间收治的接受头孢菌素类药物治疗的54例患者纳入观察组。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组不合理用药总发生率低于对照组(P=0.014);观察组用药总依从率高于对照组(P=0.027);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.046),投诉率低于对照组(P=0.027);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.027)。结论:头孢菌素类药物临床药学服务的应用效果较好,可有效降低不合理用药发生率,提高患者用药依从性及满意度,降低不良反应发生风险及用药相关投诉。
Objective:To analyze the influence of cephalosporin clinical pharmaceutical services on rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods:A total of 54 patients who received cephalosporin treatment at Xuzhou Renci Hospital during the period of routine medication services from January to December 2023 were included in the control group,and another 54 patients who received cephalosporin treatment at the same hospital during the period of clinical pharmacy services from January to December 2024 were included in the observation group.The application effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.014).The overall medication adherence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.027).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.046),and the complaint rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.027).The overall satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.027).Conclusion:The application effect of cephalosporin clinical pharmaceutical services is good,which can effectively reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,improve medication compliance and satisfaction of patients,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and medication related complaints.
