摘要
目的:分析翼状胬肉患者术前视功能期望现状并探究其影响因素。方法:回顾性选取在医院就诊的翼状胬肉患者160例,采用一般资料问卷、术前期望评分等开展调查,比较各量表得分,采用多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果:术前期望得分(95.09±2.41)分,术后视功能得分(89.74±4.33)分,而术后视觉满意度得分(6.64±2.18)分与视功能呈正相关,与术前期望呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析得患者术前视功能期望的影响因素有文化程度、眼部手术史、内外向人格特征、患病情况(均P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉患者术前期望与术后视功能评分存在差异,文化程度、患病情况等因素影响术前期望及满意度,医护人员可据相关因素干预,调整患者术前期望。
Objective:To analyze the current status of preoperative visual function expectation before operation and to study the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 160 pterygium patients admitted to hospital were retrospectively enrolled.The investigation was conducted using general information forms,preoperative expectation scores,etc.The scores of each scale were compared,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The preoperative expectation score was(95.09±2.41)points,the postoperative visual function score was(89.74±4.33)points,while the postoperative visual satisfaction score was(6.64±2.18)points.Postoperative visual satisfaction was positively correlated with visual function and negatively correlated with preoperative expectation(P<0.05).The influencing factors of preoperative visual function expectation of patients were analyzed by multiple linear regression,including educational level,history of ocular surgery,introverted and extroverted personality traits,and pterygium severity(P<O.05).Conclusions:There is a discrepancy between preoperative expectations and postoperative visual function scores in patients with pterygium.Factors such as educational level affect preoperative expectations and satisfaction.Medical staff can intervene based on relevant factors and adjust patients'preoperative expectations.
