医学“双高”校升格转型期教育教学评价体系探索与实践——以原安徽医学高等专科学校为例

摘要 医学“双高”校升格转型初衷是为主动满足国家与地方区域的卫生健康服务需求的重大发展战略,需要精准定位本校人才培养特色实际和学生职业发展需求,科学谋划学校发展目标和学科专业规划,培养符合医药卫生发展战略需求和职业发展需要的医学精英人才。深化医学高校教学评价改革是精准定位学生职业发展需求和促进医学人才培养质量的关键环节,是支持医学“双高”校升格转型的重要抓手。该研究以某医学双高校为例,探讨医学双高校升格转型期的教育教学评价体系的构建问题,研究了教育教学改革的必要性、困境,并总结了教学评价改革实践举措及成效。 The original intention of upgrading and transforming medical"Double HighLevel Plan"college is to actively fulfill the significant development strategic for the needs of national and local health services,accurately position the requirement of cultivation of talent and the career development,and scientifically plan the development goals and strategy of the college,based on the characteristics of academic majors,we aim to cultivate medical talents that meet strategic and professional development needs.Deepening the reform of medical higher education teaching evaluation is a critical point in accurately identifying students'career development needs and enhancing the quality of medical talent cultivation,serving as a key driver for supporting the transformation of"Double High-Level Plan"medical college.As demonstrated by our college,the purpose of this study is to explore the construction of an education and teaching evaluation system for the upgrading and transformation period of medical"Double High Level Plan"college.The necessity and difficulties of education and teaching reform are studied,and the effectiveness of teaching evaluation reform is summarized through the implementation of the reform.
