摘要
【目的】针对3K-H型(5310型)自锁行星轮系缺乏效率参数优化设计与仿真验证的问题,提出效率最大化设计方法,设计兼具可靠自锁特性与高正向传动效率的轮系结构,为相关工程应用提供参考。【方法】首先,建立参数-效率最大化模型,推导效率与不同功率流向转化轮系传动比的关系,绘制参数-效率曲线,为效率优化提供依据;其次,在满足自锁条件下,确定效率最大值对应的转化轮系传动比,结合模数与分度圆直径约束,设计轮系齿数参数;最后,通过Adams软件开展动力学仿真,结合理论计算验证设计方案的有效性。【结果】所设计轮系反向传动效率小于0,实现了可靠自锁;正向传动设计效率达0.506,仿真效率为0.481,理论计算结果与仿真结果高度吻合,验证了该设计方法的可行性与有效性。
[Objective]Aiming at the lack of efficiency parameter optimization design and simulation verification for the 3K-H type(type 5310)self-locking planetary gear train,an efficiency maximization design method was proposed to develop a gear train structure with both reliable self-locking characteristics and high forward transmission efficiency,providing a reference for related engineering applications.[Methods]Firstly,a parameter-efficiency maximization model was established,the relation between efficiency and the transmission ratio of the converted gear train with different power flows was derived,and a parameter-efficiency curve was drawn to lay a foundation for efficiency optimization.Secondly,under the condition of satisfying self-locking,the transmission ratio of the converted gear train corresponding to the maximum efficiency was determined,and the gear tooth parameters were designed considering the constraints of module and pitch circle diameter.Finally,dynamic simulation was carried out using Adams software,and the effectiveness of the design scheme was verified by combining theoretical calculations.[Results]The reverse transmission efficiency of the designed gear train is less than 0,achieving reliable self-locking;the forward transmission design efficiency reaches 0.506,and the simulation efficiency is 0.481.The theoretical calculation results are highly consistent with the simulation results,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method.
