摘要
针对ZF 8HP八速自动变速器的传动效率特性开展研究,旨在揭示各挡位效率变化规律,并为后续传动系统优化设计提供理论支撑。首先,梳理各挡位的动力传递路径,依据齿轮啮合关系推导传动比和考虑损失后的转矩比表达式;随后,利用传动比法计算各挡位传动效率数值;最后,在AMESim平台对理论结果进行仿真验证。仿真结果与理论结果高度吻合,传动比的误差率为0,传动效率的最大误差率仅为1.035‰,说明模型具有稳健性、推导方法具有科学性。研究成果可以为高效自动变速器的设计优化提供参考依据。
A study was conducted on the transmission efficiency characteristics of the ZF 8HP 8-speed automatic transmission,aiming to reveal the efficiency variation laws of each gear and provide theoretical support for the subsequent optimization design of the transmission system.Firstly,the power transmission paths of each gear are sorted out,and the transmission ratio and torque ratio expression considering losses are derived based on the gear meshing relationship.Subsequently,the transmission efficiency values of each gear were calculated using the gear ratio method.Finally,the theoretical results were simulated and verified on the AMESim platform.The simulation results are highly consistent with the theoretical results,with a transmission ratio error rate of 0 and a maximum transmission efficiency error rate of only 1.035‰,indicating that the model is robust and the derivation method is scientific.The research results can provide reference for the design optimization of efficient automatic transmission.
