摘要
本文以乘用车车门为研究对象,研究了车门开度与力矩的测量方法。首先,针对车门开度以及车门力矩的特征,选用角速度传感器以及拉压力传感器,并选取正确安装位置,进行数据采集。之后,选取与传感器匹配的分析软件,通过角度积分及力矩求解对采集数据进行了对比分析。最后,对分析结果进行了讨论。研究阐明从关闭状态到最大开度过程中,车门开启/关闭力矩的变化趋势。
In this paper,the passenger car door is taken as the research object,and the measuring method of the door opening and torque is studied.Firstly,according to the characteristics of door opening and door torque,the angular velocity sensor and tension pressure sensor are selected,and the correct installation position is selected for data acquisition.After that,the analysis software matching the sensor is selected,and the collected data is compared and analyzed by angle integral and torque solution.Finally,the analysis results are discussed.The research show that the opening/closing torque of the door changes from the closed state to the maximum opening.
