摘要
针对车门开关门感知质量问题,通过顾客感知质量调研、参考车对比分析和厂内车对比分析,确认了问题的存在,确定了一个合理的优化改进目标。通过影响因素分析和对比分析,找出潜在的优化对象。综合比较各优化方案的质量、成本、时间、风险等因素,通过普氏分析,确定了最终优化方案。制造样件样车进行验证后,优化方案正式实施,再次测量关门力和进行顾客感知质量调研,两者均已达到设定的优化目标。
According to the quality problem assigned in sense of door closing,the problem was confirmed and a reasonable optimization goal was determined by having a customer perceived quality research and competitive car analysis.The potential optimization object was found by doing influence factors analysis and comparative analysis.Comparing the quality,cost,cycle and risk,the final optimization design was found by Plants analysis.After sample car checking,the optimal plan was finally implemented.By measuring the closing energy and doing customer research in quality sense,it is confirmed to meet the goal made before.
