基于单元级故障自动监测的交通信号灯数字化运维系统

摘要 当前交通信号灯抢修、运维主要依赖人工巡检与电话报修,存在故障修复效率低、运维过程缺乏监管、运维记录难以追溯等问题。文章在深入调研上海市交通信号灯运维现状并剖析现存问题的基础上,提出了基于单元级故障自动监测的交通信号灯数字化运维系统。该系统实现了通过部署于信号灯本体的监测终端,实现对各信号灯单元工作状态的实时感知与故障自动报警,并完成故障信息的自动采集、统计分析、误报核查以及抢修任务的智能推送,有效衔接了管理部门、交通信号灯设施与运维单位之间的业务流程,推动运维模式由人工向数字化、智能化转型,提升了交通信号灯的精细化管理水平,为城市交通的安全与顺畅运行提供了技术支撑。 Currently,emergency repair and operation and maintenance(O&M)of traffic signal lights mainly rely on manual inspections and telephone reporting,leading to problems such as low fault repair efficiency,lack of supervision over O&M processes,and difficulty in tracing O&M records.Based on in-depth investigation of the current O&M status of traffic signal lights in Shanghai and analysis of existing problems,this paper proposes a digital O&M system for traffic signal lights based on unit-level fault automatic monitoring.The system deploys monitoring terminals on the signal lights themselves to achieve real-time perception of the working status of each signal light unit and automatic fault alarm.It completes automatic collection,statistical analysis,false alarm verification of fault information,and intelligent push of repair tasks,effectively connecting business processes among management departments,traffic signal light facilities,and O&M units.This promotes the transformation of O&M models from manual to digital and intelligent,enhances the refined management level of traffic signal lights,and provides technical support for safe and smooth urban traffic operations.
