共生理论视域下中国特色职业教育的现实审视、模式构建与推进路向

Reality Review,Model Construction and Promotion Direction of Vocational Education with Chinese Characteristics from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

摘要 中国特色职业教育在共生理论视域下强调多元主体的协同与共生,剖析德国双元制职业教育模式的成功经验,深化对共生体利益相关者之间融合关系的认识,以推动现代职业教育体系的完善,助力教育强国建设目标。在共生理论的视域下,围绕共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三个核心要素,析理德国双元制的共生结构关系,并审视了我国当前职业教育的现状:政策实施困局、社会认知偏见、校企合作缺乏、产教融合单一、内部协同不足及普职教育互动有限等问题,导致共生系统动力缺失、平衡受损和价值损耗。基于此,创新性地提出了“三元桥联”职业教育创新模式,通过重塑培养目标、深化跨界合作、共塑教育形象与激扬实践智慧,实现多元协同共治的共生局面,推动职业教育高质量发展。 From the perspective of symbiosis theory,vocational education with Chinese characteristics emphasizes the collaboration and symbiosis of multiple stakeholders,analyzes the successful experience of vocational education model of German Dual System,and deepens the understanding of the integration relationship between symbiotic stakeholders,so as to promote the improvement of modern vocational education system and assist in the goal of building a strong education country.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the symbiotic structural relationships of German Dual System around three core elements of symbiotic unit,symbiotic model and symbiotic environment,and examines the current situation of vocational education in China:policy implementation dilemma,social cognitive bias,insufficient school-enterprise cooperation,singular forms of industry-education integration,inadequate internal coordination,and limited interaction between general and vocational education.These issues cause a lack of momentum in the symbiotic system,disrupt its balance,and lead to value loss.Based on this,a pioneering"triadic bridging'model for vocational education is proposed innovatively.By reshaping the training objectives,deepening cross-sector collaboration,cocreating the image of education and inspiring practical wisdom,the symbiotic situation of multiple coordination and co-governance can be realized,and the high-quality development of vocational education can be promoted.
