摘要
随着教育现代化进程的全面加速,终身学习理念已提升至国家战略高度。为促进该理念与大学生职业生涯规划的深度融合,在深入剖析“终身学习”内涵与意义的基础上,系统调研大学生职业生涯规划的核心特征及其教育实践中的现存问题与不足。进而,从理论引领、体系建设、平台构建、资源整合及个性化教育等多维度展开深入研究,并提出创新路径的具体实施策略,旨在为高校人才培养质量提升及大学生就业支持提供有效助力。
With the comprehensive acceleration of the process of education modernization,the concept of lifelong learning has been promoted to the national strategic level.In order to promote the deep integration of this concept and college students′career planning,this study systematically investigates the core characteristics of college students′career planning and the existing problems and deficiencies in their educational practice on the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation and significance of"lifelong learning".Furthermore,in-depth research is carried out from the perspectives of theoretical guidance,system construction,platform construction,resources integration and personalized education,and the specific implementation strategies of the innovation path are proposed,aiming to provide effective assistance for the improvement of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities and the employment support of college students.
