摘要
生姜历来是中医医家所青睐的常用药物,而云南高原小黄姜作为当地药用小种姜的代表,是云南地区的道地特色药食同源中药,具有较高的药用价值和经济价值。“阳化气,阴成形”理论源自中医经典《黄帝内经》,是对人体生理机制的高度概括。基于现代养生观念的发展和传统扶阳理论的推广,扶阳固本的高原小黄姜越来越受到医家和科研工作者的重视。本文以云南高原小黄姜的现代药理学研究为切入点,结合中医扶阳理论对云南高原小黄姜扶阳固本的科学内涵进行深度阐释,并通过小黄姜的研究与开发现状对其应用前景进行剖析与展望。
Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens)has long been a favored medicine among TCM practitioners.Yunnan Plateau Xiaohuangjiang(Zingiber Officinale),a representative local medicinal variety of small ginger,is a geo-authentic specially Chinese medicine of food-medicine homology in Yunnan,boasting significant medicinal and economic value.The theory of“yang transforms qi,yin shapes form,”originating from the classic TCM text Huang Di Nei Jing(Huangdi's Classic of Medicine)provides a profound summary of human physiological mechanisms.With the evolution of modern health preservation concepts and the promotion of the traditional theory of supporting yang,Yunnan Plateau Xiaohuangjiang(Zingiber Officinale)—renowned for its yang-supporting and foundation-consolidating properties—has increasingly attracted attention from both medical practitioners and researchers.This paper takes modern pharmacological research on Yunnan plateau Xiaohuangjiang(Zingiber Officinale)as its entry point,explores the scientific connotations of its yang-supporting and foundation-consolidating effects through the lens of TCM theory of supporting yang,and analyzes its application prospects by examining the current state of research and development surrounding this variety.
