摘要
为探讨不同药剂及施用方式对玉米草地贪夜蛾的防效,为玉米害虫管理提供科学依据,选取60 g/L乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂、20%氯虫苯甲酰胺乳液、1.9%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳液和5%虱螨脲乳液4种药剂,通过完全随机设计,于施药前及施药后7、14 d分别调查虫口基数和防治效果。结果显示,不同药剂处理对草地贪夜蛾防效存在显著差异(p<0.05),5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳液在施药后7、14 d的防治效果均为最优,分别为72.53%、95.37%,显著高于其他处理(p<0.05),不同药剂处理均未对玉米产生药害,表现出良好的安全性,5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳液是防治玉米草地贪夜蛾的高效药剂。该结论为玉米草地贪夜蛾的综合防控提供了有效策略。
To investigate the efficacy of different pesticides and application methods against the maize fall armyworm and provide scientific basis for maize pest management,four pesticides were selected:60 g/L etiprolactone suspension,20%chlorantraniliprole emulsion,1.9%abamectin benzoate emulsion,and 5%lufenuron emulsion.Through a completely randomized design,the pest population baseline and control efficacy were surveyed before application and on 7 and 14 days post-application.Results showed significant differences in control efficacy among treatments(p<0.05).The 5%abamectin benzoate emulsion demonstrated optimal control efficacy at both 7th and 14th days post-application,reaching 72.53%and 95.37%respectively,significantly higher than other treatments(p<0.05).None of the treatments caused phytotoxicity to maize,indicating good safety.The 5%abamectin benzoate emulsion was identified as a highly effective pesticide for maize fall armyworm control.These findings provide effective strategies for integrated pest management against maize fall armyworm.
