固体废物处理处置技术体系及应用研究

摘要 固体废物处理处置技术围绕“减量化、资源化、无害化”原则展开。介绍了预处理、物化处理、生物处理及最终处置等固体废物处理处置技术:通过预处理技术降低固体废物危害性并提升资源利用效率;结合固体废物理化性质和组分特征,灵活选用物化技术或生物技术实现针对性治理;对无法回收利用的固体废物以将其与生态环境安全隔离为目标,筛选并采用适宜的最终处置技术。 The technologies for the treatment and disposal of solid waste are carried out in accordance with the principles of"reduction,recycling,and harmlessness".Solid waste treatment and disposal technologies such as pretreatment,physicochemical treatment,biological treatment,and final disposal are introduced.Pretreatment technologies are employed to reduce the hazard of solid waste and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.Based on the physicochemical properties and compositional characteristics of the waste,physicochemical technologies or biological technologies are flexibly selected to achieve targeted treatment.For solid waste that cannot be recycled,the goal of safely isolating it from the ecological environment is pursued,and appropriate final disposal technologies are screened and adopted.
