石墨烯对钛基IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-石墨烯阳极析氧反应活性的影响

摘要 [目的]研究石墨烯负载量对钛基氧化物涂层阳极性能的影响。[方法]采用热分解法制备了不同石墨烯负载量的钛基IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-石墨烯(标记为Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G)阳极,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)分析了Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G阳极的微观形貌和元素组成。通过循环伏安、电化学阻抗谱、析氧极化曲线和加速寿命测试,研究了石墨烯负载量对Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G阳极析氧电催化活性和使用寿命的影响。[结果]在IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)涂层中引入适量石墨烯可使阳极表面形成良好的蜂窝状三维结构,提高阳极的比表面积和Ir含量,增强其析氧反应活性和耐久性。当石墨烯添加量为0.4 g/L时,所得Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G阳极在1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中具有最低的电荷转移电阻、最高的循环伏安电荷量及最高的析氧交换电流密度,析氧催化活性最优,在2 A/cm^(2)电流密度下的加速寿命长达211 h。[结论]适量石墨烯的引入可显著提升Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G阳极的析氧反应电催化活性和使用寿命。 [Objective]The effect of graphene content on the properties of titanium-based oxide-coated anodes needs to be studied.[Method]Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-graphene(denoted as Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G)anodes with different graphene contents were prepared by thermal decomposition.The microstructure and elemental composition of the anodes were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The effect of graphene content on the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity and service life of Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G anode was studied through cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),oxygen evolution polarization curve measurement,and accelerated life testing.[Result]The incorporation of an appropriate amount of graphene into the IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)coating resulted in a well-defined honeycomb-like three-dimensional structure on the anode surface,which increased the specific surface area and Ir content,thereby enhancing both the OER activity and durability of Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G anode.The Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G anode prepared with 0.4 g/L of graphene exhibited the lowest charge transfer resistance,the highest voltammetric charge,and the highest exchange current density for oxygen evolution,demonstrating optimal OER catalytic activity.Furthermore,it achieved an extended accelerated life of 211 h at a current density of 2 A/cm^(2)in 1 mol/L H2SO4 solution.[Conclusion]The incorporation of an appropriate amount of graphene can significantly enhance the oxygen evolution reaction electrocatalytic activity and service life of Ti/IrO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)-G anode.
