摘要
数智时代生成式人工智能等技术成为新型教学主体,在融入课堂教学中重塑师生交往过程,因而革新师生交往伦理成为教学高质量发展的必然要求。实现数智时代师生交往伦理革新需要从交往伦理、责任伦理、技术伦理以及教学伦理等多维度进行审视。数智时代师生交往伦理的核心价值取向包括承认交往主体的差异性特征,强调师生角色间依存性关系,正视人机协同的便利性优势,坚守教学交往的育人性原则。数智时代课堂教学实现师生交往伦理的实践转化,需要精准共情促进个性化交往,教学相长实现共进性交往,人机共生创生赛博型交往,以人为本达成和谐式交往。
In the era of digital intelligence,technologies such as generative artificial intelligence have increasingly assumed the role of new instructional agents,reshaping patterns of teacher-student interaction as they are integrated into classroom teaching.Consequently,innovating the ethics of teacher-student interaction has become an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of teaching.Ethical innovation in this context calls for a multidimensional examination encompassing interactional ethics,ethics of responsibility,technological ethics,and pedagogical ethics.The core value orientation of teacher-student interaction ethics in the digital intelligence era includes recognizing the distinct characteristics of interacting agents,emphasizing the interdependent relationship between the roles of teachers and students,acknowledging the facilitative advantages of human-machine collaboration,and upholding the educational and formative nature of pedagogical interaction.The practical realization of these ethical principles in classroom teaching requires fostering personalized interaction through empathetic responsiveness,promoting reciprocal growth through the mutual advancement of teaching and learning,generating through human-machine symbiosis,and achieving harmonious interaction through a people-centered approach.
