摘要
目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的核心症状、父母养育压力问题及二者的关系。方法选取ASD和神经典型发育(NT)儿童分别作为ASD组(n=128)和NT组(n=129),收集2组儿童的一般资料,采用孤独症行为(ABC)量表和简式亲职压力简表(PSI-SF)检测核心症状及父母养育压力,采用Spearman相关性分析两者关系,采用多元线性回归分析ASD儿童父母养育压力的影响因素。结果ASD组儿童ABC量表各维度及总分、PSI-SF各维度及总分均高于NT组儿童(P<0.001);ASD组儿童的核心症状与父母养育压力呈正相关(P<0.05);交往能力是养育压力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ASD儿童核心症状严重程度可能加重父母养育压力。
Objective To explore the core symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD),parental rearing stress,and the relationships between them.Methods A total of 128 children with ASD and 129 children with typical neurodevelopment(NT)were enrolled as the ASD group and NT group,respectively.General demographic and clinical data of children in both groups were collected.The autism behavior checklist(ABC)and parenting stress index-short form(PSI-SF)were administered to evaluate the core symptoms of ASD and parental rearing stress.Spearman correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationships between the two variables,and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors of parental rearing stress in parents of children with ASD.Results In the ASD group,the scores of all dimensions and total scores of the ABC scale,as well as all dimensions and total scores of the PSI-SF,were significantly higher than those in the NT group(P<0.001).The core symptoms of children in the ASD group were positively correlated with parental rearing stress(P<0.05).Communication ability was the main influencing factor of parental rearing stress(P<0.05).Conclusions The severity of core symptoms in children with ASD may exacerbate parental rearing stress.
