摘要
目的阐述头部刮痧联合针刺治疗后循环缺血(PCI)性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2023年3月-2025年3月盐城市中医院收治的PCI性眩晕80例,随机分成试验组(40例)、对照组(40例)。对照组予单纯针刺治疗,试验组予头部刮痧联合针刺治疗,对比两组疗效、中医症状积分、眩晕症状量表(VSS)评分、前庭疾病日常生活量表(VADL)评分、跌倒风险(ABC量表结合Berg平衡量表)评分等。结果试验组有效率92.50%高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗一周后,两组患者的中医症状积分与VSS评分均有所下降,同时VADL评分上升;且试验组的中医症状积分及VSS评分低于对照组,VADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗一周后,两组ABC量表评分和Berg平衡量表评分升高,且试验组ABC量表评分和Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在PCI性眩晕疾病的治疗中,头部刮痧结合针刺的疗效显著,有助于缓解其眩晕症状,改善日常生活能力,降低跌倒风险。
Objective Elaborate on the curative effect of head scraping combined with acupuncture in the treatment for post stroke ischemic(PCI)dizziness.Methods 80 cases of PCI induced dizziness admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 was random selection separate into an experimental group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases).The control group received simple acupuncture treatment,while the experimental group received a combination of head scraping and acupuncture treatment.The efficacy,TCM symptom scores,Vertigo Symptom Scale(VSS)scores,Vestibular Disease Daily Living Scale(VADL)scores,and fall risk(ABC scale combined with Berg Balance Scale)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than a control group’s 75.00%(P<0.05).After one week of treatment,both groups showed a decrease in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores and VSS scores,while VADL scores increased;TCM symptom and VSS scores of experimental group was lower than those of control group,while the VADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one week of treatment,the scores of ABC scale and Berg balance scale in both groups increased,and the scores of ABC scale and Berg balance scales in experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of PCI induced dizziness,the combination of head scraping and acupuncture has significant therapeutic effects,which can help alleviate dizziness symptoms,improve daily living abilities,and reduce the risk of falls.
