低碳经济下塑料包装产业绿色发展 被引量:3

摘要 随着消费者对包装的绿色、低碳、环保诉求逐渐强烈,国内外可降解、绿色、环保塑料包装相关政策陆续落地,为塑料包装产业绿色发展奠定了基础。低碳经济下推动塑料包装产业绿色发展可以有效减缓白色污染、降低碳排放、提升塑料包装产业整体发展水平,为环保与经济增长找到新的平衡点。但基于塑料包装发展现状可知,相关产业面临着公众认知偏差、技术投入不足,以及回收体系不完善等困境,严重影响其绿色发展进程。为此相关主体需要对绿色塑料包装形成正确认知,进一步加大绿色包装研发投入,构建与完善塑料包装的化学循环体系,以实现低碳经济下塑料包装产业绿色发展目标。 With the constantly changing global climate environment,consumers strongly demands for green,low-carbon,and environmentally friendly packaging.Policies related to biodegradable,green,and environmentally friendly plastic packaging have been implemented at home and abroad,laying the foundation for the green development of the plastic packaging industry.Promoting the green development of the plastic packaging industry under a low-carbon economy can effectively alleviate white pollution,reduce carbon emissions,improve the overall development level of the plastic packaging industry,and find a new balance between environmental protection and economic growth.However,based on the current development status of plastic packaging,it can be seen that related industries are facing difficulties such as public awareness bias,insufficient technological investment,and imperfect recycling systems,which seriously affect their green development process.Therefore,relevant parties need to form a correct understanding of green plastic packaging,further increase investment in green packaging research and development,construct and improve the chemical cycle system of plastic packaging,in order to achieve the goal of green development of the plastic packaging industry in a low-carbon economy.
