摘要
传统高校思想政治教育工作面临教育模式固化、教育内容迟滞、情感联结弱化等时代困境,其根源在于人工智能时代思想政治教育系统内主体、客体、介体、环体对智能技术的适应性不足。基于思想政治教育系统中思想政治教育工作者、人工智能技术、“十大育人体系”三大核心要素构建高校智能思想政治教育耦合协同模型是破解这一时代难题的有效选择。在智能思想政治教育耦合协同模型的运行中,思想政治教育工作者与人工智能技术的交织塑造构成了其微观基础,人工智能技术与“十大育人体系”的互馈共生是其中观动力,思想政治教育工作者与“十大育人体系”的动态联动则勾画了其宏观图景。未来高校智能思想政治教育应在走向耦合协同应然样态的基础上重视教育者育人主体地位的回归,同时着力优化智能思想政治教育的外部生态环境。
Traditional ideological and political education in universities is facing challenges such as the rigidification of educationalmodels,delayed updating of educational content,and weakened emotional connections.The root cause lies in the insufficient adaptabilityof the subjects,objects,media,and environment within the ideological and political education system to intelligenttechnologies in the artificial intelligence era.An effective strategy to address these contemporary challenges is to construct acoupled and synergistic model for intelligent ideological and political education.This model is built upon three core componentsof the system:educators,artificial intelligence technology,and the"Ten Major Education Systems."In the operation of thismodel,the interplay and mutual shaping between ideological and political education workers and artificial intelligence technologyconstitute its micro-level foundation;the mutual feedback and symbiotic relationship between artificial intelligence technologyand the"Ten Major Education Systems"serve as its driving force;and the dynamic linkage between ideological and politicaleducation workers and the"Ten Major Education Systems"outlines its macro-level picture.In the future,based on the trendtoward coupling and collaboration,ideological and political education in universities should focus on restoring educators'statusas the primary agents of education while striving to optimize the external ecological environment of intelligent ideological andpolitical education.
