数智时代大学的个性化教育:价值理路、潜在挑战与变革策略 被引量:4

Personalized Education in Universities in the Digital and Intelligent Age:Value Implications,Practical Pathways,Potential Challenges,and Transformation Strategies

摘要 新一代信息技术正加速推动高等教育数智化转型,促进学生个性化发展以培养数智时代的创新人才成为当前高等教育改革的重要议题。人工智能赋能大学的个性化教育有其优势,通过数据驱动、动态适应和路径定制,实现了学习支持的精准化与个性化。然而,数据驱动的个性化教育可能引发“数据崇拜”造成学生个性发展路径固化、技术中心主义削弱学生主体性、教师数智素养滞后限制个性化教育的深度,这些问题都构成了数智化时代个性化教育的潜在挑战。因此,数智化转型中的大学必须以教育本体价值为归旨,推进三方面关键变革:其一,构建“数字基建—垂域模型—数据治理”的技术生态,筑牢数智化转型的基础;其二,融入人工智能思维,重构人才培养模式;其三,推动教师角色转型,提升智能教育素养,增强人机协同教学新范式下的教师教学胜任力。 The new generation of information technology is accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of higher education,and promoting the personalized development of students to cultivate innovative talents for the digital and intelligent era has become an important topic of current higher education reform.Artificial intelligence empowering personalized education in universities has its advantages.Through data-driven promotion,dynamic adaptation and path customization,it realizes the precise and personalized learning support.However,data-driven personalized education may lead to"data worship",causing the solidification of students personalized development paths.Technological centralism weakens students subjectivity,and the lag of teachers'digital and intelligent literacy limits the depth of personalized education.These problems all constitute the potential challenges for personalized education in the digital and intelligent era,Therefore,universities in the process of digital and intelligent transformation must take the essential value of education as the ultimate goal and promote three key changes:first,build a technical ecosystem of"digital infrastructure-vertical domain model-data governance"to lay a solid foundation for digital and intelligent transformation;second,integrate artificial intelligence thinking and reconstruct the talent cultivation model;third,promote the transformation of teachers"roles and enhance their digital and intelligent literacy to improve their teaching competence in the new paradigm of human-machine collaborative teaching.
