摘要
天山雪莲为菊科植物天山雪莲Saussurea involucrata(Kar.et Kir.)Sch.-Bip的干燥地上部分,主要分布于新疆。《本草纲目拾遗》记载,天山雪莲“助阳要药”“治一切寒症。此物产于极冷之地,乃阴极阳生故也。”诸多典籍记载,天山雪莲用于“闭经”“经水不下”“小腹冷痛”“月经不调”等疾病的治疗。雪莲口服液为天山雪莲单方制剂,性偏温,具有温肾助阳、祛风胜湿、活血通经的功效,可用于肾阳不足、寒湿瘀阻所致的风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛经等症。临床上,雪莲口服液常被用于治疗卵巢早衰,取得了较好成效。现对天山雪莲及雪莲口服液治疗卵巢早衰研究进展进行综述,并整理雪莲口服液治疗卵巢早衰验案一则,浅析其妙,以飨同道。
Saussurea involucrata is the dry aboveground part of the Asteraceae plant Saussurea involucrata(Kar.et Kir.)Sch.-Bip are mainly distributed in Xinjiang.A Supplement to Compendium of Materia Medica records that the Saussurea involucrata“requires medicine to aid yang”and“treats all cold conditions.This thing is produced in extremely cold places and is caused by the cathode anode”.Numerous ancient texts record that Saussurea involucrata is used for the treatment of diseases such as amenorrhea,unable to menstruate,and lower abdominal pain.Xuelian oral liquid is a unilateral preparation of Saussurea involucrate,which is warm in nature and has the effects of warming the kidneys,promoting yang,dispelling wind and dampness,and promoting blood circulation and meridian circulation.It can be used for rheumatoid arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,dysmenorrhea and other diseases caused by insufficient kidney yang,cold dampness and blood stasis.In clinical practice,it is also widely used to treat premature ovarian failure and has achieved good results.This article provides a review of the research progress on the treatment of premature ovarian failure with Saussurea involucrata and Xuelian oral liquid.A case study of Xuelian oral liquid in the treatment of premature ovarian failure is also attached to analyze its advantages for the benefit of colleagues.
