摘要
岭南地区常年炎热多雨,因当地湿热气候、居民生活饮食习惯等因素,该地区糖尿病发病呈现火热伤人、阴伤气弱、湿热日久致寒湿停滞、久病及肾、风邪伏络致瘀血阻滞等特点。依据“因地制宜”理论,中医辨证在治疗岭南地区糖尿病时,采取清热解毒、益气养阴、清热燥湿、运脾畅中、温阳扶正、散寒祛湿、祛风胜湿、活血化瘀等不同治法。通过临证加减用药,结合当地特色药物及民族医药,为岭南地区糖尿病诊疗提供有针对性的思路与方法。
The Lingnan region is hot and rainy all year round.Due to factors such as the local damp-heat climate and the living and eating habits of residents,the onset of diabetes in this region presents characteristics such as heat pathogen hurting people,Yin and Qi deficiency,internal stagnation of cold-dampness caused by long-term dampness-heat,and Chronic illness affecting the kidney,wind-pathogen blocking the collaterals leads to internal stasis of blood.Based on the theory of“adapting measures to local conditions”,in the treatment of diabetes in the Lingnan region,TCM syndrome differentiation adopts different treatment methods like clearing heat and removing toxicity,nourishing qi and yin,dispelling pathogenic heat and removing dampness,regulating the spleen,warming Yang,eliminating cold,wind and dampness,and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.Through the addition and subtraction of medications according to clinical manifestations,combined with local characteristic drugs and ethnic medicine,it offers targeted ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in the Lingnan region.
