摘要
为探究杉阔混交林对土壤磷素有效性的影响,以7年生杉木纯林、杉木-木荷混交林及木荷纯林为研究对象,测定不同土层深度(0~5、5~15、15~30、30~60 cm)的土壤化学性质、磷组分和酶活性,以及phoC解磷微生物群落结构。结果表明,在0~5 cm和5~15 cm土层中,杉木-木荷混交林与木荷纯林土壤活性磷和中等活性磷含量均显著高于杉木纯林(P<0.05)。酸性磷酸酶活性仅在0~5 cm土层中各林分类型间差异显著(P<0.05),而植酸酶活性在各土层深度中均表现为杉木纯林显著最低(P<0.05)。相较于杉木纯林,杉木-木荷混交林与木荷纯林对phoC解磷菌群落Alpha多样性的显著提升多见于5~15 cm和15~30 cm土层(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,土壤化学性质、磷组分及酶活性与解磷微生物群落结构密切相关。杉木-木荷混交林和木荷纯林通过提升解磷微生物群落的代谢活性,改善土壤磷素循环,从而有效缓解磷素限制。
This study investigated the effects of Cunninghamia lanceolata-Schima superba mixed plantation on soil phosphorusP availability.The soil chemical properties,P fractions,enzyme activities,and the structures of phoC-harboring phosphate-solubilizing microbial communities across different soil depths0-5,5-15,15-30,30-60 cm of 7-year-old C.lanceolata pure plantation,C.lanceolata-S.superba mixed plantation,and S.superba pure plantation were investigated.The results showed that the content of labile P and moderately labile P in the 0-5 cm and 5-15 cm soil layers of the mixed plantation and pure S.superba plantation were higher than that in the pure C.lanceolata plantationP<0.05.The difference in acid phosphatase activity among different plantation types was only significant in the 0-5 cm topsoilP<0.05.Phytase activity in the mixed plantation and pure S.superba plantation was higher than that in the pure C.lanceolata plantation across all soil depthsP<0.05.Furthermore,compared with the pure C.lanceolata plantation,the mixed plantation and pure S.superba plantations exhibited higher alpha diversity of the phoC-harboring phosphate-solubilizing microbial community,primarily in the 5-15 cm and 15-30 cm soil layersP<0.05.Correlation analysis indicated that soil chemical properties,P fractions,and enzyme activities were closely correlated with the community structure of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms.The results suggest that the mixed plantation and pure S.superba plantation enhance the metabolic activity of the phosphate-solubilizing microbial community to promote the release of labile P,thus alleviating soil P limitation.
