摘要
目的:分析老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者发生再入院的影响因素。方法:选取2024年2月至2025年2月该院收治的80例老年CHF患者进行横断面研究,依据是否发生再入院将其分为再入院组和未再入院组。收集患者一般资料,并采用Logistic回归分析老年CHF患者发生再入院的影响因素。结果:80例老年CHF患者中,发生再入院45例,占56.25%,未再入院35例,占43.75%;单因素分析结果显示,两组性别、体质量指数、冠心病、糖尿病、高血压等占比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);再入院组年龄≥75岁、美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级、白蛋白≤30 g/L、前白蛋白≤162 mg/L等占比均高于未再入院组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥75岁、NYHA心功能分级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级、白蛋白≤30 g/L、前白蛋白≤162 mg/L等均为老年CHF患者发生再入院的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄≥75岁、NYHA心功能分级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级、白蛋白≤30 g/L、前白蛋白≤162 mg/L等均为老年CHF患者发生再入院的危险因素。
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of readmission in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 80 elderly patients with CHF admitted to this hospital from February 2024 to February 2025.According to whether readmission occurred,they were divided into readmission group and non-readmission group.The general data of these patients were collected.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of readmission in the elderly patients with CHF.Results:Among the 80 elderly patients with CHF,45 cases(56.25%)were readmitted,and 35 cases(43.75%)were not readmitted.The univariate analysis results showed that there were no significant differences in the proportions of gender,body mass index,coronary heart disease,diabetes and hypertension between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of the patients with age≥75 years old,New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function grade IIIIV,albumin≤30 g/L,and prealbumin≤162 mg/L in the readmission group were higher than those in the non-readmission group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that age≥75 years old,NYHA cardiac function grade III-IV,albumin≤30 g/L,and prealbumin≤162 mg/L were all risk factors for readmission in the elderly CHF patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Age≥75 years old,NYHA cardiac function grade III-IV,albumin≤30 g/L and prealbumin≤162 mg/L are all risk factors for readmission in the elderly CHF patients.
