摘要
考察了南方红豆杉悬浮培养细胞生长的动态变化,以及各种理化因子对细胞生长和紫杉醇生产的影响.实验结果表明:紫杉醇的积累与细胞生长不表现为部分相关性,在生长的延迟期紫杉醇积累量最高,达到0.187 3mg/g.
The kinetics of suspension cultures of Taxus chinensis var. mairei was studied,and the influence of some physical and chemical factors to the growth rate and taxol accumulation was also examined. The results indicated that the taxol accumulation was found not to be mixed-growth-associated and the maximum production(0. 187 3 mg/g)was obtained at the lag phase.
