摘要
本文探讨在高质量发展背景下公立医院绩效评价指标体系的构建,旨在为公立医院的管理与绩效评价提供科学依据,推动医疗服务质量改善、促进医院运营效率提升,并简要介绍了公立医院高质量发展与绩效评价的重要性,重点阐述了某公立三甲医院绩效评价指标体系的构建和实践过程,全面总结了该院绩效评价指标体系的效果,结论 表明该指标体系能够较准确反映公立医院的综合绩效水平,对提升公立医院管理水平和服务质量具有重要的理论与实践意义。
This paper discusses the construction of performance evaluation index system of public hospitals under the background of high-quality development,aiming to provide scientific basis for the management and performance evaluation of public hospitals,promote the improvement of medical service quality and promote the improvement of hospital operation efficiency,and briefly introduces the importance of high-quality development and performance evaluation of public hospitals,focuses on the construction and practice process of the performance evaluation index system of a public tertiary hospital,and comprehensively summarizes the effect of the performance evaluation index system of the hospital.The conclusion shows that the index system can accurately reflect the comprehensive perfor⁃mance level of public hospitals,and has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the management level and service quality of public hospitals.
