摘要
跨学科融合是在承认学科差异基础上,打破传统学科边界、促进学科间深度渗透与交叉融合的创新性活动,既是现代学科发展的必然趋势,也是催生突破性成果的核心路径。本文以生物力学与中医正骨的跨学科结合为切入点,系统分析中医骨伤科学的发展现状、二者融合的学术背景与实践必要性,构建科学完善的跨学科教学体系。其核心教学目标在于,让学生在扎实掌握中医学基础课程的前提下,通过跨学科教学的系统实施,全面理解中医骨伤科基本理论,熟练掌握骨伤疾病的诊疗方法,为后续从事中医或骨伤专科临床工作筑牢理论与实践基础。
Interdisciplinary integration refers to an innovative activity that breaks traditional disciplinary boundaries and promotes in-depth penetration and cross-integration among disciplines on the basis of acknowledging disciplinary differences.It is not only an inevitable trend of modern disciplinary development,but also a core path to spawn breakthrough achievements.Taking the interdisciplinary combination of biomechanics and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)orthopedics as the entry point,this article systematically analyzes the current development status of TCM orthopedics and traumatology,the academic background and practical necessity of their integration,and constructs a scientific and improved interdisciplinary teaching system.Its core teaching objective is to enable students to fully understand the basic theories of TCM orthopedics and traumatology and proficiently master the diagnosis and treatment methods of orthopedic diseases through the systematic implementation of interdisciplinary teaching,on the premise of solidly mastering basic TCM courses,thereby laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for their subsequent engagement in specialized clinical work in TCM or orthopedics and traumatology.
